Before confirming your appointment, you will be required to complete a client intake form, which will be sent to you upon request for the session. This is to ensure there are no relevant medical contraindications to the treatment.

48-hour cancellation policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund or can be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged the full session amount.

Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled with more than 24 hours’ notice, subject to the availability of both my schedule and room availability at the Light Centre.
Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment time are not permitted and will be charged at 100% of the appointment fee.

Missed appointments
Missed appointments, same-day cancellations, or appointments not attended without notice are non-refundable and charged in full.

When you submit a form, contact me, or book a session, I may collect your name, email address, phone number, and message. I use this information only to respond to your enquiry, arrange appointments, and provide the service you have requested.
For the safety and suitability of your treatment, I may also ask for relevant health or medical information before your session. This is collected only when needed to support safe practice, client care, and record-keeping as a therapist in the UK.
Your personal information is not sold or shared for marketing purposes. It may be processed through trusted platforms I use to manage enquiries and bookings, such as Wix, Google, WhatsApp, Tally or email services.

I may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the website after the changes are published means that you accept the updated Terms.
